Registration Data: Name and email address provided during signup for the Freedom-First Business Lab™.
Billing Data: Name, email, and payment details for the Biggar Together™ community (processed securely via our third-party provider).
Visual Data: Group screenshots or static images captured during live Zoom sessions for use in marketing and social media.
Coaching Data: Private notes and business information shared during 1:1 sessions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Deliver the Freedom-First Business Lab™ and community materials.
Manage your paid subscription and 1:1 coaching sessions.
Marketing: Share "action shots" or group screenshots of our community on social media and our website to showcase the Biggar Together™ experience.
Internal Training: Review session recordings for internal training and service improvement.

3. Data Security & Recordings

Internal Video: Full video recordings of sessions are for internal Company use only and are stored securely. We do not publish video or audio clips featuring your specific participation for external marketing without first obtaining your written consent.
Security: We use industry-standard encryption to protect all stored data. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

4. Your Rights & Opt-Out

Under B.C. PIPA, you have the right to access your personal information or request corrections.

Screenshot Opt-Out: If you do not wish to appear in group screenshots used for marketing, you may participate in live sessions with your camera off.
